If for any reason once you have placed your order you wish to cancel or change it, please either send us a message via our site, email us at sales@frowniescanda.ca or call us at 1-866-886-3837/604-937-6113 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

If your order has shipped and you wish to cancel, any shipping costs incurred by Frownies Canada will be deducted from the refund.

Click the "My Account/Order status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status.

Be sure that all the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm packages were delivered.

If your packages each show a status of "delivered" please contact customer service for assistance.

We take pride in ensuring that items in your order are shipped with the necessary packaging material to ensure you receive your item in new condition.

If due to unforseen circumstances your package is damages when it is received, please send us a photo of the unopened parcel as well as any items in side that are damge and email them to us as sales@frowniescanada.ca and we will open a case with the courier to invesitage.

We are located in Beautiful British Columbia and providing we have inventory you order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If we don't have inventory we will advise you of the eta and we can either partial ship your order or hold until all items are in stock.

Orders received at the weekend or on holidays will ship on the next business day.

In the event that you return your Facial Patches, once received your refund will be processed within three to five business days of receipt, less any shipping and handling costs incurred by Frownies Canada.

Unfortunately, we are only able to allow one coupon per order. Including any bundles/automatic discounts/subscriptions. Discounts can't be stacked.

When you place an order you will receive an email telling you how many points your order was worth. If you click on this link it will allow you to redeem your points against your next order.

If you received a coupon code and forgot to use it, please email us at sales@frowniescanada.ca with your coupon code number within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to help.

This offer does not apply during additional busy periods, such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales. Once payment is received no adjustments/refunds can be made.

If you have signed up at www.frownies.com your coupon code will not work on www.frowniescanada.ca., as Frownies Canada is run independently of Frownies USA and we offer our own Promotions and Sales.

Please send us a message with the code and we will add the coupon to our site so you can use it on www.frowniescanada.ca for a 10% Discount off the Facial Patches.
