Frownies Canada offers FREE EXPEDITED PARCEL SHIPPING on all merchandise orders that are $99 and over (excluding taxes & coupons used). For shipments totaling less than $99, there is a delivery charge of $14.95 for Expedited Parcel shipping. (we have had to increase this due to additional fuel surcharges of over 38% implemented by couriers)
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our Frownies Facial Patches (FBE , forehead and between the eyes or CEM corner of the Eyes & Mouth) before the end of your first month of continuous use, and if your frown lines do not show any signs of improvement, we will refund your purchase (excluding shipping and handling paid by Frownies Canada) .

Simply return your Frownies Facial Patches to Frownies Canada within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in their original package and accompanied by the original packing slip/invoice from Frownies Canada. Frownies Canada does not provide prepaid shipping labels for product returns. Reward points associated with all refunds will be removed when the refund transaction is processed.
